An example of express consent is when you sign our currency exchange ticket thereby giving your written consent for us to use your personal information such as your name, telephone and address to perform credit check. An example of implied consent is when you exchange money with us without signing exchange ticket.
Please note that in the event we do not obtain your express consent, we will reserve the right to imply your consent for the purposes specified above until such time as you either provide further written consent, or limit or withdraw you consent.
